Sizing problem: Return option is available if your merchandise does not fit. But, you will pay for the shipping and this is subjected to the availability of required color/size.
Manufacturing fault: before first use if you find any defect, don't worry about that, we stand behind our promise - "money back guarantee". Simply return your merchandises to us and we will replace it or will refund your money.
- Refund will be initiated after 3 to 4 weeks of receiving returned item.
Since every sale on eBay cost us lot of money therefore we charge 8% restocking fee for those refunds that are without materials/ workmanship defects.
No Return & Exchange for "Custom Made Boots". However, we guarantee 100% fitting if you provide 100% accurate measurements.

Return Process:
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
1. E-mail us or Contact Customer Service at (832) 752-4212 to obtain an RAN (Return Authorization Number) and shipping label.
2. Pack the items in the original box together with the original packing slip (receipt).
3. Write the RAN. that was given to you outside the shipping box for identification. Items without RAN will not be issued any replacements.
4. Mail the package back to our corporate address. The buyer is responsible for the any return shipping cost incidental to the exchange.
5. Your return will be processed as soon as we get the item back and inspected.
