Standard Shipping Information
To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we'll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to send you more than one shipment, we'll only charge you once for the charges that apply to the total value of your order.

We've designed our Return Policy to be risk-free and hassle-free. We provide a pre-paid shipping label for FREE returns. Or, if you need an exchange, we'll send it to you FREE of shipping charges.

Tall boots are only shipped via Regular Ground Shipping methods. For Tall boots, no expedited shipping available.

Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 4-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

2-Day
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 2-Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days when placed by 10:00 a.m. CENTRAL Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Overnight
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day when placed by 10:00 a.m. CENTRAL Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Alaska, Hawaii - 2-Day
Most items may be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days when placed by 10:00 a.m. EST Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

U.S. Territories
We also ship to U.S. Territories including American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Parcels sent to these locations must be travel via USPS (Ground Shipping option) and may take longer than the 5-8 business days.

Military APO/FPO Addresses.
APO/FPO orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for delivery from the APO/FPO to the recipient. Once the package has been delivered to the APO/FPO, ridersmall.com is not responsible for possible delays nor can we track the shipment.

PO Boxes
Deliveries to PO boxes will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. There is no tracking service available for these shipments.

Canadian Orders
Charges are shown in the shipping charges table.
All orders must be paid in U.S. funds by international Money Order or Credit Card. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

International
Charges are shown in the shipping charges table. One day and 2 Day shipping option is not available for international orders. All orders must be paid in U.S. funds by international Money Order or Credit Card. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

Shipping and handling to other countries will consist of the subtotal-dependant-shipping fee listed above and the actual cost of international postage rounded up to the nearest dollar. We ship United States Postal Service Global Express . We will adjust your order immediately prior to shipment, so there will be some changes from the charges on your Internet Order Confirmation. Time
We aim to dispatch your order(s) within 48 hours and at the most your order should reach you within 5-8 days if shipped using regular ground shipment option. Occasionally at busy times this may take a little longer. You will be notified by email if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than our stated time. In exceptional circumstances like custom boots, semi custom boots etc, please allow 28 days for delivery OR as specified on the product page. We can advise on your delivery if you will contact us via email or telephone.

Method
  • We ship worldwide via FedEx , United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS .
  • No weekend delivery

If an item is particularly heavy or of an irregular shape we will use contracted carriers. Please note that a signature will be required. Should you be out at the time of delivery a card should be left for you to advise that an attempted delivery was made and for you to contact the appropriate depot to rearrange.

Shipping Times and General Information

Before we can ship, we process your order to verify availability of your product(s), shipping selections and credit card information. We will process your order within 1-2 business days and contact you if necessary. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.

How fast you receive your order also depends on the shipping method you choose during the order process. We offer a variety of shipping services from standard Ground Shipping to Next Day Air. All shipments of orders received on weekends go out starting on Monday, including priority shipments. All shipping time estimates are in business days. Ground Shipping is estimated to be 2-7 business days depending on your location.

Actual shipping times vary by your location, product and method. Most items ship from our warehouse in Houston, TX. Some items will ship directly from the manufacturer and that can take a while longer. In that case, we will email you with an update on the status of your order.

If the item you order is out of stock or will be delayed, we will email you with an update on the status of your order. Additionally, if you have requested Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, we will inform you of the delay and wait for your approval to proceed. If you wish to change your method of shipping, we can do so at your request and adjust your shipping rate accordingly. WE WILL NOT PROCEED WITH THE ORDER WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL.

If you order more than one items and we do not have all items available in stock, we will send them separately at no extra cost to you.

How will you contact me regarding my order?

Immediately after you place an online order we'll send an automatically generated acknowledgement.

You will receive confirmation of shipment within 1-2 business days, or be notified of any delay at that time. Availability of items is subject to stock on hand and/or availability of items from manufacturers. Credit card transactions are subject to verification by issuing bank

  • Shipping Areas and Restrictions

    We ship worldwide via FedEx , US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.

    For shipments within U.S. and U.S. territories, If your shipping address is a P.O. box, the U.S. Postal Service (Ground Shipping option) must be used.

    For shipments to Hawaii or Alaska. Ground shipping may experience significant delays and we recommend using 2nd Day Air

    We also ship to U.S. Territories including American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Parcels sent to these locations must be travel via USPS (Ground Shipping option) and may take longer than the 5-7 business days indicated in the shopping cart.

    Parcels sent to APO/FPO addresses can only be sent via the United States Postal Service (Ground Shipping option).

    Deliveries to PO boxes will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. There is no tracking service available for these shipments.

    For international shipments, ridersmall .com does not charge, nor do we assume responsibility for taxes, duty or brokerage fees. All additional fees charged by UPS international, customs, brokerages, etc. are to be paid by the customer.

    Holiday Shipping:

    Due to the Holiday rush and supplier availability orders placed after Dec 18th (unless air shipped) will not arrive in time for Christmas.

    Should an item be delayed, you will be notified immediately following your order, by e-mail, or by a return phone call of the expected shipping date. We suggest you order early to avoid possible delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


    Custom boot orders are not eligible for ground and/or free shipment promotions. Custom / Semi Custom boots will be air shipped directly from our overseas manufacturing facilities. Shipping charges for custom boots are US$ 52. Please review product pages each customized style for more details.
