- Returns:
Items must return within 30 days and must be in new, re-sellable condition and returned with the manufacturer's original packaging including tags and labels. Please use a shipping box to ship return items. Do not ship return items in manufacturer's packaging, as they will not be accepted. Please include a copy of the original receipt or packing slip for your refund.
There will be 15% restoking fee on all cancel and return orders of regular sizes orders for refund that are without materials/workmanship defects.
There will be 20% restoking fee on all cancel and return orders of Plus/2Plus sizes orders for refund that are without materials/workmanship defects.
No returns will be approved and/or credited if the merchandise is a closeouts, discontinued, personalized and custom made or item has been used, worn or damaged in any way .
All items returned to RidersMall.com must have a Return Authorization Number (RA) on the outside of the shipping box. To obtain an RA, please fill out the RAN request form . Please have your order number and the part number(s) of the item(s) you wish to return. Returns without RA number clearly written on the outside of the package will not be accepted. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed unless customer received incorrect items due to an error made by RidersMall.com. In this case, RidersMall.com will reimburse only standard ground shipping charges. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Exchanges:
All items returned to RidersMall.com must have a Return Authorization Number (RA) on the outside of the shipping box. To obtain an RA, please fill out the RAN request form . Please have your order number and the part number(s) of the item(s) you wish to return. Returns without RA number clearly written on the outside of the package will not be accepted. each exchange will be charged shipping & handling charges which will be notify to customer by e-mail or phone. Shipping fees will not be charged ifcustomer received incorrect items due to an error made by RidersMall.com. In this case, RidersMall.com will reimburse only standard ground shipping charges.
- Cancellations:
A 15% re-stocking fee will apply to all processed orders upon cancellation.
- Closeouts and Outlet Items:
No refunds will be given on closeout or Outlet items. These items are offered to customers at extremely low prices. Exchanges are subject to availability and approval by a RidersMall.com Customer Services Representative.
- Warranty Exchanges:
No need to try and contact the manufacturer. RidersMall.com will handle all warranty issues for you. Please contact our Customer Services Department.
- Return Shipping Instructions:
We recommend that you insure your package or send with delivery tracking and confirmation. When sending items back to RidersMall.com please obtain a tracking number from your shipper (FedEx and UPS will give you one automatically, USPS requires Delivery Confirmation). Please ship all items in a shipping box. Do not return items in manufacturer's packaging, as they will not be accepted. Please clearly write the RAN (Return Authorization Number) on the shipping box.
